1. Introduction and Consent

By accessing and using the gta99.cam website and all associated services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions described below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between gta99 and all its registered members.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Each individual may open only one gta99 account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. If any information changes, you are required to notify gta99 support.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing any other person to access your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gta99 may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on gta99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such payments may be returned.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical error, please contact the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In the case of unusual activity, gta99 may take additional time to review a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is applicable only once and is calculated on the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• gta99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A member may only have one active bonus offer at any given time.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between members.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gta99 may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
• Weekly cashback is available at three levels under the VIP program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

gta99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following rules apply to all members:

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted to support within 7 days of the game session ending.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game stops mid-way or a disconnection occurs for any reason, the stake for that bet may be refunded or arrangements will be made to continue the game. Any incorrect balance or winnings displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may apply for certain games and while a bonus is active. Bets placed in excess of these limits may be considered void.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gta99 platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or manipulate the game software or systems.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Impersonating a gta99 platform employee or representative.
• Engaging in offensive or threatening behavior toward other members.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, gta99 is able to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by gta99

gta99 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Failure to complete age verification.

8.2 Closure by the Member

9. Responsible Gaming
